Monograph 14, entitled "Financial Services and Brexit" is now published. It covers a complex subject, so I'm not going to be able to do the issues justice in a mere ten pages. Thus, I've confined myself to exploring some of the headline topics, including passporting, and have drawn some tentative conclusions.
Doubtless, this is a subject to which I will return.
