Mainly due to a brilliant response from readers, we are able to offer an improved version of Flexcit, with over 400 corrections to the text. This is now labelled version 21d, with the book dedicated to Peter Troy.

There have been no substantial changes, although there have been minor tweaks here and there. We're still thinking about some of the more detailed comments we have received, so there will be some more changes before we finalise the copy and go for a first print edition.

One of those changes may be a new logo. Pete has been playing with designs, and is test-driving the one above. What do you think?

There have, incidentally, been over 13,000 downloads of the .pdf file, which means quite a few people have been reading it. With the successful seminar at the end of last month, we are gradually making inroads, leaving the sterile media debate to drone on while we deal with the grown-up issues.

Comments, as always, continue to be welcome. We are very grateful for a couple of readers in particular who have been diligently proof reading each version. We cannot stress how valuable this is to us. To those of you who have pitched in, we say a big thank you.
