A parallel and valuable discussion is going on at Raedwald. Don't forget also Witterings from Witney, who is looking at direct democracy, and the "immediate thoughts" from Boiling Frog. Earlier, Pox Anglorum also made an offering, and there is a report from Musings of Durotrigan.
Sadly, Autonomous Mind was unable to be present at Harrogate, having fallen ill and thrown himself upon the tender mercies of the NHS. He was sorely missed, but has added his thoughts on a separate post.
We still have a few forum problems, with the system refusing to accept new registrations. This will be resolved by this evening, and I will return to the Harrogate Agenda later today. This time, I will look at MPs, their powers and responsibilities.
