AP, 22 July 2009: Council waste inspectors visit a local resident in Fieldmarsh-on-Tit to impose an on-the-spot fine for putting waste in a dustbin. District enforcement officer Ernst Hafflinger told
AP, "This is a very serious offence, so we had to act quickly. If residents get the idea they can actually put waste in dustbins, there is no knowing where it will end up".
