our story on the EU parliament's bid to control those "malicious blogs" which have "hidden agendas".
We do hope, however, that when they come to award their "quality mark", they have a good look at
Blogactiv - the EU's rather pathetic attempt to provide a platform for bloggers, now grandly calling itself, "the leading blog platform dedicated to European affairs".
Launched
eight months ago, it is now undergoing a re-launch, whence the "team" offers us this gem:
Note the claim: "The new skin goes far beyond just fixing bugsâ¦". It looks like they have a way to go before they get the EU seal of approval. The trouble is that, in their own Orwellian way, technical quality is not what they are thinking of.
