IHT, Kosovo police say attackers threw an explosive device at the European Union's headquarters in Kosovo amid rising tensions over the bloc's plan for a police mission to the country.
Police say nobody was hurt in the attack at 5:30 pm (16:30 GMT) Friday in the capital Pristina that slightly damaged the EU office.
