You really don't need to write much on this. Just put

Empty vessels make the most noise, you might say. Another way of putting it, in respect of The Great Leader, is "all mouth and no trousers". There are also less delicate ways of putting it.
It there anyone left, other than Tim Mongomerie, who takes this fool seriously?
